It is not necessary that you have chosen your location for receiving notifications. This feature is designed to make the process of selecting your preferred language easier. With this option you will be able to select your favorite one and receive messages with your preferred language on them without having to say your country code or city. Go to the preferences > Languages -> select your desired language > add button > set a name to your contact (let us call him Bob ). All options of this case will be available and active when he sends a text message. Once the conversation starts, the app should update each time a message has arrived with him.

1. To start with, let’s tell you how to change the sound duration of a particular message. We have already talked about this in our previous article and that is because of some technical reasons. If you use an extension like Brave, which offers many different sounds notifications, you may be wondering what could happen to those sounds when you don’t want them when you just send a quick text? Well, it’s simple. You will not receive those sounds during conversations. So, if you want, you can set up “noise cancellation” so that you won’t see any noisy notifications in the background and only your regular notification will show. It’s free. Just go to settings > privacy > noise cancellation and select “noise cancellation” in both ways. The default setting we have is “noise cancellation” so it only shows noise notifications from other people. However, you can also set various parameters so that when there is no audio or video content, you can set the audio or video only for specific seconds or minutes. For example, you can turn off all video and audio if your phone is locked when sending a message. Of course, this is done automatically by default. On the other hand, you can set these parameters manually so that you can avoid noisy notifications. In my case, you need to remember 3 steps: First, you have to open the app > choose settings > settings > mute then select your language > select your device settings > finally tap add button. Then, you can change the sound duration (or your own preference) from 7 to 8 seconds and your voice will continue being heard without any kind of disturbance. To do it, go to App settings > Sound > play.
2. You can also change the color of your notification such as blue or pink if you want, but it’s not required. Also, you can also change the type of notification that you would like to do with, such as light notifications, dark notifications, even hidden ones. If you want to hide certain parts of a notification, simply tap on them and tap on OK. As you can see, the notification of this case will look odd because it has lots of different colors but that doesn’t mean that they aren’t important. The most important thing is you can choose what part of the notification you want or hide the whole notification.
3. You can even click on the emoji icon on top of the notification to change the emoji to your choice. These icons are made by the company named Emoji Maker. They are specially designed to appear in our apps. When you see someone, do you have emojis on your screen? Probably yes. Now you never forget them even if you don’t send a message at the moment. Isn’t it cool?

To close everything, you can just tap on the contact name and select send to finish the chat or go straight to another friend. There is nothing you have to worry about, but now you can get notified when your contacts talk to each other without necessarily typing your full information.
